Why wasn’t my photo/video upload approved?

We want to make sure everything you want to show on BateWorld gets shared. The two primary reasons for a photo or video being rejected are:
The media contained more than one individual. In this case you’ll just need to let us know which BateWorld member appears along with you. Encourage them to sign up and get Verified if they’re not already. If they are already Verified, all you need to do is tag them. There are step by step instructions for tagging your buddies here in the FAQ. Just search for the term “tag.”

The media did not depict you. Found content can’t be uploaded to your galleries or groups, as it could violate copyrights, or the consent of individuals depicted. Let us see who you are, not just photos you found online.

What happens if I initiate a chargeback?

Chargebacks made against site active memberships are grounds for immediate termination of the membership without refund, and permanent removal of the member account. Email and IP addresses will be logged for record keeping purposes and will be prevented from use in creating new accounts in the future. We may also be legally obligated to provide personal information and account details to the credit card provider as part of the chargeback dispute process.

What do the symbols on someone’s Profile Photo mean?

You may notice one or more symbols or icons on someone’s profile photo.

This symbol in the upper right of the photo or next to a member’s Username means that member has been Verified.

Premium Members have a gold star in the lower right corner of their profile photo. It looks like this:

If a member is online there will be a green dot like this in the lower left corner of their profile photo.

What do I need to have ready before I verify?

First, take clear, legible photos of both the front and back of your license or the photo page of your passport. Save those images on the device you’re using for Verification. You will be adding them as attachments, similar to when you send email.

Make sure you are in a well-lit area so your face is clearly visible for your webcam or smartphone camera.

Then go to the Verification Page and click the Verify Now button!

I can’t get the Verification page to work. What should I do?

On the rare occasion that the Verification is not working for you at VerifyMyContent, BateWorld operations can help.

Send us a message at support.bateworld.com. Make sure to include your Username and tell us exactly what happened when you tried to get verified.

How do I tag a buddy in my video?

If you have uploaded a video showing you and another BateWorld member having a hot session together you will need to tag him in order for your video to be approved for general viewing.

To tag your buddy go to My Profile at the top of the page. Click on My Videos in the dropdown menu. A new page will appear showing all your videos. Navigate to the video you want to tag. Click Edit Video and type his name in the box that says Tag other members appearing in this video.

If he is also a Verified Member, your media will be approved right away.

How do I remove a video from a group?

There are two ways to delete your video from a group.

You can message the Group Leader and ask him to remove it. Be sure to include a link to the video in your message.

You also have the ability to delete your video from a group, yourself. Navigate to the My Profile tab at the top of your page. In the drop-down menu click on My Group Videos. A new window will appear listing all videos you have posted to groups you belong to. Click on the thumbnail of the video you want to delete.

As the owner of the uploaded video, you will have the option to delete it. Just click the Delete Video link underneath the video viewing box. A popup will appear asking you to confirm your deletion request. Click Okay.

Your video is now deleted from the group.

How do I make one of my album photos into my Profile Pic?

Navigate to the My Profile tab at the top of the homepage. In the drop-down menu select My Photos. A page will open with all your existing Albums. Select the album where the photo you want to use lives. Click Edit Album.

A new page will appear showing all photos in your album. Once you find the photo you’d like to use as your Profile Pic, click on the yellow text marked Make Profile Photo.

The image will instantly become your profile photo.

How do I know if someone is Verified or not?

If a member has successfully completed the Verification process you will see the Verification Badge next to his Username as well as in the upper right corner of their Profile Photo.

How do I know if someone is a Premium Member?

All Premium Members on BateWorld will have a gold star in the lower right corner of their Profile Photo.
