How do I change or cancel my Premium subscription?

To complete changes or cancelation of your Premium Membership, please directly contact the payment processor you used to subscribe.

To access SegPay go to cs.segpay.com and enter the credit card number and the email address you used with SegPay. You can also call them directly at 1-866-450-4000.

To access CCBill go to support.ccbill.com, and enter your the billing information from the dropdown menu. You can also call them directly at 1-888-596-9279.

How do I use cryptocurrency to pay for Premium?

Navigate to the Membership tab at the top of the home page. From the dropdown menu select Premium Membership or Renew Membership.  A new window will appear with options for your Premium subscription. Choose your preferred cryptocurrency icon.

The payment processor page will appear. Click the Crypto wallet option, and when the crypto page refreshes just enter the email address associated with your BateWorld account. From the popup, select the crypto wallet you want to use to pay, and the coin type. Click the continue button to be taken to the confirmation page. Scan the QR code with your smartphone, or click the Open in Wallet button to confirm and complete your transaction.

Please note: Refunds and recurring subscriptions are not possible for cryptocurrency payments.

Can I use PayPal?

Unfortunately, BateWorld cannot accept payments via PayPal. If you prefer not to use a credit card for your Premium subscription payment, check out the Membership page for the e-check or cryptocurrency payment icons.
