How do I know if someone is a Premium Member?

Navigate to the My Profile tab at the top of the homepage. In the drop down menu select Edit Profile. A new page will appear to edit your profile. The first thing you’ll see is your birthdate. Here you can make changes.
To hide your birth year from your profile, check the box next to Hide My Birth Year. Scroll down and click the Save Changes button.
Navigate to the My Profile tab at the top of your screen. In the drop down menu select Account Settings. A new screen will appear titled Account Settings. Just below your email address at the top of the page, you’ll see a text box under the title Username. Type in your new preferred username, scroll down and click the Save Changes button. If your new username is available, you’re all set.
In order change your billing information contact the payment processor you used for your Premium Membership directly.
To access SegPay go to cs.segpay.com and enter the credit card number and the email address you used with SegPay. You can also call them directly at 1-866-450-4000.
To access CCBill go to support.ccbill.com, and enter your billing information from the dropdown menu. You can also call them directly at 1-888-596-9279.
If you’re a Verified member, it’s easy to add images and GIFs to your BateWorld profile.
Navigate to the My Profile tab at the top of your homepage. In the drop down menu click on My Photos. Your photos page will appear. Then click on Create New Album. A new page will appear to create a new photo album.
Fill in the Album Name, and Album Description boxes. Then adjust the privacy settings for your album with the buttons below the text boxes. Click the Create Album button.
A new page will appear to upload your photos.
Click Browse. Select the images you want to upload from your hard drive. (You can select several individual images to upload at once). Then click the Start Upload button.
Your photos will be visible after our admin team has had a chance to review them. This usually happens quickly but may take 24-48 hours. Once your photos are approved, click on the Photos tab in your profile to navigate back to the album and see all your images.
For best results make sure you upload images smaller than 10MB in one of the following formats: .jpg, .gif, .jpeg, .png, or .bmp. Make sure to review the BateWorld Terms of Service.
Because Premium Membership is granted for different durations, BateWorld’s policy on refunds varies based on the length of membership purchased:
90, 180, or 365 Day Memberships are eligible for a prorated refund, if requested in the first 30 days of activation.
30 Day Memberships are eligible for a prorated refund, if requested in the first 10 days of activation.
To request a refund, simply click the Submit a Request button in the top right corner of the Support page. Select “Account Issue” as the ticket type. Explain your situation with as much detail as possible and we will process your request by email during normal business hours.

Click on My Profile at the top of your page. From the dropdown menu select Account Settings. A new page will appear with several options. Click on the Privacy tab to open your Privacy Settings. The first thing you will see is the Block List section. Just the yellow Add New Person link. When the text box appears input the Username of the person you want to block. Scroll down and click the black Save Changes button.
You can also block another user by navigating to his profile page. Just below his Profile Pic you will see several text links in yellow. Click on Block this person. The member is now added to your Blocked List.
Premium members can make their profiles private.
Navigate to the My Profile tab at the top of your homepage. In the drop-down menu click on Account Settings. A new page will appear titled Account Settings. Click on the Privacy tab. Here you can customize your privacy settings. To make your profile only visible to friends, click the bubble next to Only My Friends. You can also select which activities you want to make private.
Make sure to click on Save Changes to save your new settings in the system.
To protect your privacy, any charges will discreetly appear as either SegPay.com*BWE or CCBill.com*BWE on your credit card or bank statement.
