It can take up to 30 minutes for a Premium account to become active after payment is processed. If you still don’t have access to your Premium Membership after the 30-minute window has passed, contact BateWorld Support and one of us will be happy to get your membership activated as soon as possible.
Go to My Profile in the menu bar at the top of the homepage. In the drop down menu click on Change Intro Video. A new page will appear to Add a Short Video Introduction. Click the attestation box to get the uploader started.
Click Browse. Select the video you want to upload from your hard drive. Then click the Start Upload button. Once your video is uploaded, you’ll see a preview screen. Your video will appear under your profile photo after our admin team has had a chance to review it. This usually happens quickly but may take 24-48 hours.
For best results keep your Intro Video under 2 minutes. Make sure to review the BateWorld Terms of Service.
