How do I know if someone is Verified or not?

If a member has successfully completed the Verification process you will see the Verification Badge next to his Username as well as in the upper right corner of their Profile Photo.

How do I know if someone is a Premium Member?

All Premium Members on BateWorld will have a gold star in the lower right corner of their Profile Photo.

It looks like this: Goldstar

How do I know if my Verification succeeded?

Once you go through the Verification process, you will be automatically redirected back to bateworld.com. Click on My Profile. You will notice the addition of a Verification Badge next to your Username as well as in the upper right corner of your Profile Photo.

How do I know if a buddy is online?

When a member is online you will notice a green dot in the lower left corner of his Profile Photo.

It will look like this  Greendot

When looking at the profile pics, what do the green dots in the bottom left and the gold stars in the bottom right corner represent?

A green dot  Greendot means that that member is online.

A gold star Goldstar  means the person is a premium member.

 

How do I become a Helping Hand Sponsor?

We know that not everyone can afford the cost of Premium Membership. We encourage members who are able to become Helping Hand Sponsors. BateWorld’s Helping Hand program allows members to sponsor other members of their choice, or any member on our growing waiting list who has requested assistance.

Navigate to the Membership tab at the top of your page. From the dropdown menu click on Helping Hands Sponsorship. A new page will appear showing membership options similar to Premium Membership.

If you know the Username of the person you wish to sponsor, type it in the text box. Otherwise type in “next” to give it to the next person on the waitlist. You can choose to remain anonymous here as well. Finally click one of the payment option icons. You will be sent to the payment processor. Proceed as you normally would if you were buying a Premium Membership.

How can I report an error or other problem with the site?

First check out the Recent News section on the homepage. Often if there is a big site error or problem, we will have posted something there.

If your issue wasn’t addressed there, contact the BateWorld Support Team. Someone will investigate and try to get the issue resolved right away.

How do I search by criteria – for example age, zip code, cut/uncut, cock size etc.?

Click on the Community tab at the top of your page. From the drop-down menu click on All Bators.

A new page will appear called Find Bators. On the left side you have the option to input as many filtered search criteria as you want including Usernames and Locations. When you’re finished setting the filters for your search, scroll down and click the red Search button. Your results will appear to the right-hand side of the search area.

I need to make a change to my Recurring Billing. Who do I contact?

In order change your billing information contact the payment processor you used for your Premium Membership directly.

To access SegPay go to cs.segpay.com and enter the credit card number and the email address you used with SegPay. You can also call them directly at 1-866-450-4000.

To access CCBill go to support.ccbill.com, and enter your billing information from the dropdown menu. You can also call them directly at 1-888-596-9279.

How do I deactivate my account?

To deactivate your account navigate to the My Profile tab at the top of the homepage. In the dropdown menu select Settings. The Settings page will appear. Click on the Deactivate Account tab and then the black Deactivate My Account button. A pop up will appear asking you to confirm deactivation. Click the black Deactivate button.

 

Your profile will be immediately deactivated.
