I can’t log in, or I forgot my username or password.

If you know you have the correct email address and password, double check to make sure that there are no spaces before or after either entry.  Also remember that passwords are case sensitive. If you still can’t log in, click the Forgot Password link on the Login page. You should receive a Password Reset email.

If your profile has been disabled, we will get a notification to reactivate it and will notify you.

If you don’t receive a Password Reset email within a few hours, please sumbit a support request to the BateWorld Support Team.

How do I change my password?

Navigate to the My Profile tab at the top of your screen. In the drop down menu click on Account Settings. A new screen will appear titled Account Settings. Click on the Change Password tab. Enter your current password in the Old Password text box. Enter your new password in the next two text boxes. Make sure to click on Save Changes to save your new password in the system.
