Why Am I Being Required to Age Verify?

In June 2025, the US Supreme Court announced that it had decided to uphold the Texas age verification law. And in the UK, the government regulatory authority for the internet, OFCOM, announced they will start enforcing age verification as part of the Online Safety Act from July 2025. 

Put simply, this means that BateWorld is now required to verify all members based in the affected 24 states, and those in the UK, to ensure they are at least 18 years old. For a full rundown on which states and countries are affected by these laws, please see the table below.

To keep BateWorld around for the long haul, users in the affected areas will be prompted to follow our super simple age verification process. Because we work with a vetted verification partner, we do not store or have access to your ID documents. All BateWorld receives is a secure token from our verifier, which automatically marks your profile as Verified. And it lasts for the life of your account. You’ll never need to do it again. 

While these verification laws will have far reaching impacts on adult entertainment, and the internet as a whole, we still have to follow rules we don’t like or agree with, just to keep ourselves safe and thriving.

Can I get verified on my smartphone?

Getting Verified using your smartphone is easy.  Open your browser (suggested browsers include Chrome, Firefox, and Safari). In the search bar at the top of your page enter the URL: https://bateworld.com. You will be directed to the login screen. Enter your email address and password. A new page will appear showing the same Activity Feed you would see on the desktop site.

Tap on the mobile Menu “hamburger” icon (the three lines in the upper left corner of your screen). A dropdown menu will appear. Tap on Verify and follow the steps on the Verification page.

Can I get my private information deleted after Verification?

Why wasn’t my photo/video upload approved?

Why aren’t my previous uploads showing in my group?

There are a few reasons why your previously uploaded media might not be showing up right now:

• The media was “found content.” Photos or videos that don’t depict BateWorld users, or that have been found elsewhere online can’t be a part of your uploaded albums or groups.
• The media did not depict a verified member. If you haven’t yet Verified your account, any uploads you previously made as the Group Owner won’t be visible. The same goes for any members who upload photos or videos to your group.  As soon as all accounts are Verified, we’ll review your images and videos and quickly make them available for everybody else.
• The media depicts more than one individual. If this is the case, just let us know which BateWorld members appear in the photo or video. If they’re Verified, we can make the media visible right away.

What happened to all the found content in my group?

What do I need to have ready before I verify?

First, take clear, legible photos of both the front and back of your license or the photo page of your passport. Save those images on the device you’re using for Verification.  You will be adding them as attachments, similar to when you send email.

Make sure you are in a well-lit area so your face is clearly visible for your webcam or smartphone camera.

Then go to the Verification Page and click the Verify Now button!

Some of the uploaded photos or videos in my group contain more than one person. What happens now?

Remember, we love to see you guys sharing your penis time with each other. Buddy or group images or videos are totally fine for groups, however, each individual appearing in images and videos must be Verified on bateworld.com.

If your group members aren’t already on the site, this is a great chance to get them onboard! Signup takes less than a minute. Once they confirm their email address, they can be quickly Verified, allowing you to tag them in photos and videos.

I’m Verified, but the uploaded photos or videos in my group come from other members. What happens now?

Groups are a hot way for members to share their experiences with buddies who have similar interests on BateWorld. To make sure it’s safe to share photos or videos that don’t belong to you as the group owner, each individual appearing must be Verified on bateworld.com.

If your group members aren’t already Verified, this is a great chance to get them onboard! Verification only takes about a minute allowing them to share all their dick pics and bate sessions in your group!
