How do I make changes to my Premium Membership Subscription?

Please contact the company that has done your billing directly.

This will most likely be cs.segpay.com, but for some will be CCBill (  https://ccbill.com/support/consumer   ).  You will know by looking at your last Transaction receipt email.

Disabling or Deleting your profile does not automatically stop recurring payments.  You must contact your billing company to make any changes to your recurring billing.
